At inventaur.inc by Krishna Parmar, we specialize in creating custom and standard products—including furniture, interior items, engineering products, design and drafting services, 3D modeling & rendering, Vastu consulting, and bespoke fabrication in metal and wood using advanced tools such as Rhino 3D and Grasshopper. Our commitment is to quality and customer satisfaction. Please review the following policy to understand our procedures regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and warranties.
1. Product Categories & Customization
- Products Covered:
Our offerings include furniture, interior items, engineering products, design and drafting services, 3D modeling & rendering, Vastu consulting, and other specialized fabrication works in metal and wood.
- Customization Clause:
Custom products are manufactured strictly according to the approved design drawings. Once a product is made, no post-manufacturing revisions are possible. Any changes must be discussed and agreed upon before production begins.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
- Standard (Non-Custom) Products:
- Eligible for return only if unopened and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days for furniture and similar items.
- Custom Products:
- Custom-made items are non-returnable after manufacturing unless a defect is identified.
- Defective Items: If any manufacturing or usage defect is found, returns or replacements will be considered upon review.
- Packaging Verification:
- While opening the package, customers are required to record a video of the unpacking/box-opening process. This video will serve as documentation for any safety or quality issues.
3. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty
- Defect Replacement:
- Manufacturing defects identified within the return window will be replaced free of charge.
- For any defect related to usage, returns or replacements will be processed after a review that may include a video inspection.
- Warranty:
- Warranty terms vary by product type and will be specified at the time of order confirmation. Generally, metal products are highly durable if used properly, and wooden products are designed to withstand normal wear and tear.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Custom Orders:
- Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation charges of 50% to 100% of the order value will apply.
- For wide or long designs that require extended production time, design and labor fees will be charged if cancellation is made.
- Standard Items:
- For standard, pre-designed products, cancellation (post-delivery) may incur charges of 10% to 20% of the order value plus shipment costs, provided no defects from our side are found.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs will be determined based on the order source, taking into account factors such as distance and product size.
6. Refund Processing
- Small Orders:
- Refunds for smaller orders will be processed within 1 to 10 days of return approval.
- Large Orders:
- For larger orders, refunds may take between 1 month and 3 months, depending on the complexity of the review.
- Refunds for large orders (especially those processed at the end of February and during March) will commence in the next financial year (April).
7. Design Changes & End-of-Life Products
- Returns will be accepted if a product is at the end of its life cycle or if there is a significant change in design. In most cases, standard products are non-returnable if the box has been opened.
8. International & Bulk Orders
- Bulk Orders:
- Very large orders will be reviewed individually. For small orders with manufacturing defects, we will replace the defective item after a video review rather than processing a return.
- International Orders:
