These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, design services, fabrication work, consulting engagements, and digital deliverables provided by Inventaur.inc (“Inventaur”, “Company”, “we”, “our”). By commissioning work, purchasing products, or using services, the client (“Client”, “Buyer”) agrees to these terms.
All information provided on inventaur.in, including descriptions, images, renders, concepts, and examples, is for informational purposes only.
Inventaur does not guarantee that products, renderings, or conceptual representations shown on the website will exactly match fabricated outcomes. Visuals may include conceptual or illustrative material.
Use of the website does not constitute a contractual agreement unless confirmed through written project approval or invoice acceptance.
Inventaur reserves the right to modify website content, pricing, and product specifications without prior notice.
Inventaur operates as a design, engineering, computational design, and fabrication consultancy, providing services including but not limited to:
Architectural and interior design components
Custom furniture fabrication
Metal and wood engineering products
Parametric and algorithmic design
Rhino / Grasshopper computational workflows
CAD drafting and modeling
Product research and development
Prototyping and engineering consultation
Rendering and visualization
Fabrication detailing
Design automation systems
Vastu advisory consultation
Projects may involve both digital deliverables and physical fabrication.
Every commissioned project is governed by the following structure unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Typical payment structure:
• 50% advance before work begins
• 25% on design finalization
• 25% before delivery of final files or fabrication release
Inventaur reserves the right to suspend work if payments are delayed.
Deliverables including CAD files, models, or fabrication drawings will be released only after full payment.
All creative and technical work developed by Inventaur remains the exclusive intellectual property of Inventaur.inc unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.
This includes but is not limited to:
CAD files
Rhino / Grasshopper definitions
scripts and algorithms
design logic
prototypes
fabrication details
parametric systems
engineering concepts
renderings
documentation
Clients are granted a limited usage license only for the specific project for which the work was commissioned.
Ownership of intellectual property is not transferred through payment unless stated explicitly.
Inventaur designs are proprietary creative works protected under applicable copyright, design, and intellectual property laws.
The following actions are strictly prohibited without written permission:
• copying or replicating designs
• sharing files with third-party manufacturers
• reverse engineering design logic
• commercial reproduction
• resale of design files
Unauthorized use constitutes design theft and intellectual property infringement.
Inventaur reserves the right to pursue legal action, damages, and compensation.
Any reproduction, replication, or manufacturing of Inventaur designs without written authorization shall be considered intellectual property theft.
Inventaur may claim:
• financial damages
• licensing fees
• legal costs
• injunction orders preventing further use
This applies whether the design is reproduced exactly or in modified form.
Computational design systems, scripts, parametric definitions, automation workflows, and algorithmic structures developed by Inventaur remain the exclusive property of Inventaur.
Clients are not granted rights to:
reuse algorithms
extract parametric logic
distribute Grasshopper definitions
replicate automation systems
Access to such systems may only be granted through a separate licensing agreement.
All prototypes developed during research or development remain the property of Inventaur until full project payment is completed.
Even after delivery, design rights for prototypes remain with Inventaur unless transferred through a separate licensing agreement.
Clients purchasing design services receive a limited manufacturing license for the specific project or quantity agreed upon.
Manufacturing beyond the approved scope requires a separate licensing agreement.
Inventaur retains the right to:
• license designs to other clients
• reuse design logic in other projects
• further develop the design independently
Clients agree not to directly approach, negotiate with, or engage any fabricators, vendors, engineers, or contractors introduced through Inventaur for the purpose of bypassing the company.
This clause applies for 24 months from project completion.
If the client bypasses Inventaur and engages such vendors directly, a circumvention fee equal to the full project design value or 30% of manufacturing value (whichever is higher) may be claimed.
Upon delivery, dispatch, or site installation, responsibility for the product transfers to the client.
Inventaur is not responsible for:
• improper installation
• structural integration issues
• environmental exposure
• site conditions
• third-party handling damage
• electrical or mechanical failures caused by misuse
Clients must ensure proper installation by qualified professionals.
Fabricated products may show natural variation due to:
• metal finishing processes
• wood grain patterns
• fabrication tolerances
• handcrafted methods
Such variations are inherent to fabrication and do not constitute defects.
Unless installation is explicitly included in writing, Inventaur’s responsibility is limited to design or fabrication only.
All structural support, electrical connections, and on-site integration must be handled by qualified contractors.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is reported within the specified review window:
Inventaur may choose to:
• repair the affected component
• replace the defective part
• provide a partial replacement
Full refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on technical feasibility.
Repair work will be conducted only after review and mutual approval.
Custom fabricated items are non-returnable once manufacturing begins.
Standard products may be returned only if:
• unused
• unopened
• original packaging intact
• return initiated within 5 days
Digital deliverables including CAD files, drawings, renders, and design documentation are non-refundable once delivered.
For any damage or defect claim, the client must provide a continuous video recording of the package being opened from its sealed state.
Claims without such documentation may not be accepted.
If a custom order is cancelled:
Before fabrication begins:
Up to 50% cancellation charge
After fabrication begins:
50% – 100% cancellation charge depending on stage
Design and development fees remain payable.
Inventaur shall not be liable for:
• indirect damages
• business losses
• project delays
• contractor mistakes
• misuse of products
• regulatory approvals
• structural failures caused by improper installation
Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
All project information including drawings, technical concepts, fabrication methods, and development data must be kept confidential by both parties.
Inventaur shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
• natural disasters
• government restrictions
• supply chain disruptions
• transportation delays
• labor shortages
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
